    It was great that masterCraft was able to come out on the same day (within a couple of hours of calling). The technician, Dustin, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the problem we were having and did a great job of explaining the issues to us. He was very diligent in getting the necessary repairs done. I highly recommend MasterCraft for any Garage Door repairs. I wouldn't hesitate requesting Dustin for future service.

He called before arriving and actually came earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. He completed the repair quickly and gave me some helpful suggestions for future maintenance. I sent Mastercraft an email with pics attached to show them what was happening. They sent Eric out to see what they could do to fix the problem. He pulled everything down replaced the block and everything is ok now. He said no charge. Mastercraft goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. Thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement. They are the best!
