Eric was our technician today. He was at our house several years ago to replace the garage door spring which had broken and did a great job that day. Today we needed a new belt for the garage door opener and while he was here fixing that, we also had him install new rollers that were nylon. The door is so quiet now I cannot believe it. Eric knows his stuff and does a job quickly and professionally and I would recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of garage work done.

Called for tune-up and they were able to come same day. Dustin was our service tech and was very upfront and courteous. Ended up getting new opener and he stayed to installed even though it was late and very hot. Would recommend!!

My 19-year-old garage door opener needed to be replaced. I've used MasterCraft in the past for minor repairs/maintenance and have always received terrific customer service.

Eric was my technician and he was excellent. He arrived about 30 minutes into the 2-hour arrival window, so right on time. I got regular texts keeping me updated on the arrival.

After doing an inspection Eric informed me that it would be necessary to replace my old system. That was exactly what I expected--my old unit had already outlived its life expectancy.

Eric went over all of my options with me. Prices were all-inclusive of labor--no hidden costs. I chose the unit I wanted and he already had all necessary parts and supplies with him in the truck. He got right to work and took about 2.5 hours to complete the job. He then went over the keypad, etc. and got me set up with the app so that I could open/close the door remotely.

Overall a top-notch experience. I will continue to use MasterCraft for any garage door needs.
