I was treated extremely well by my Garage technician Specialist at Mastercraft Garage Door Service! He replaced my old and aging garage door opener with a brand new state-of-the-art Liftmaster and I couldn’t be any more pleased. It is Whisper quiet and has all the new bells and whistles you can imagine. This new model is perfect for us I am so thrilled with how it works for me and my family. Eric was our technician today. He was at our house several years ago to replace the garage door spring which had broken and did a great job that day. Today we needed a new belt for the garage door opener and while he was here fixing that, we also had him install new rollers that were nylon. The door is so quiet now I cannot believe it. Eric knows his stuff and does a job quickly and professionally and I would recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of garage work done.
I had a garage door emergency at 5 PM. I Was so thankful that Master Craft was able to help me at this hour of the day. Their Technician, Ben, Was in the area and arrived 45 minutes later. He explained my options and fixed the problem by 8 PM. Ben is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Thank you Master Craft and Ben!
I accidentally booked two garage door companies at once, and Benjamin from Mastercraft was so kind and understanding when I had to cancel on the spot. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even a customer yet, I can only imagine their actual service is outstanding!

Tech Dustin was prompt, polite and professional. He explained everything that had happened and what needed to be done to get my 19 year old garage door opener back in working order. All work was performed and reviewed with me before Dustin cleaned everything up to the point that you’d never even know any work had been done. Very happy with this repair and this company.
Dustin was amazing and was open and honest about our garage door repair. He was very friendly and his quality of work was magnificent. We called them in the morning to schedule a consultation and they were that afternoon and was able to make the repair same day. Highly recommended.
I love working with MasterCraft. Their scheduling people are courteous and were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Ben, the tech actually got there 1/2 hour early. I had expected all of the things he recommended, and he didn't try to oversell extra service. Ben was really nice, and quick. That's why I have used MasterCraft several times.
Eric arrived on time and was friendly and went above and beyond in determining what was causing the problem. He balanced the door, greased the rails and did everything that could be done to alleviate the problem. He also advised me that if the problem happened again he would come out and replace the entire unit. Great customer service. This company is tremendous. Answers calls quickly and does everything to accommodate their customers.
