He called before arriving and actually came earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. He completed the repair quickly and gave me some helpful suggestions for future maintenance. I had a garage door installed a couple months ago. Everything was ok then I noticed the mounting block was cracking and the bolts were starting to come out. I sent Mastercraft an email with pics attached to show them what was happening. They sent Eric out to see what they could do to fix the problem. He pulled everything down replaced the block and everything is ok now. He said no charge. Mastercraft goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied.
