MasterCraft Garage Door Service, LLC is family owned and operated out of Gilbert AZ. We have been proudly serving the greater Phoenix area since 2007. We take pride in offering quality garage door and opener service repair and new install without charging service call fees just to show up. MasterCraft is bonded, insured and carries an “A” Rating with the Better Business Bureau.
MasterCraft was founded by Stuart Eisler and Stuart Eisler Jr in 2007. Combined they bring over 20 year of garage door industry experience and 40 year in business experience. Together they have used this knowledge to build a culture of quality customer service, professionalism and workmanship on every level of the company. All of MasterCraft’s employees are background checked, go through a rigorous training course and receive ongoing review for performance and customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing unmatched service and workmanship on every project big or small.

He called before arriving and actually came earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. He completed the repair quickly and gave me some helpful suggestions for future maintenance. I had a garage door installed a couple months ago. Everything was ok then I noticed the mounting block was cracking and the bolts were starting to come out. I sent Mastercraft an email with pics attached to show them what was happening. They sent Eric out to see what they could do to fix the problem. He pulled everything down replaced the block and everything is ok now. He said no charge. Mastercraft goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. I was treated extremely well by my Garage technician Specialist at Mastercraft Garage Door Service! He replaced my old and aging garage door opener with a brand new state-of-the-art Liftmaster and I couldn’t be any more pleased. It is Whisper quiet and has all the new bells and whistles you can imagine. This new model is perfect for us I am so thrilled with how it works for me and my family. Eric was our technician today. He was at our house several years ago to replace the garage door spring which had broken and did a great job that day. Today we needed a new belt for the garage door opener and while he was here fixing that, we also had him install new rollers that were nylon. The door is so quiet now I cannot believe it. Eric knows his stuff and does a job quickly and professionally and I would recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of garage work done.
I had a garage door emergency at 5 PM. I Was so thankful that Master Craft was able to help me at this hour of the day. Their Technician, Ben, Was in the area and arrived 45 minutes later.
