Founded in 2010, MasterCraft Garage Door Service LLC was built on a simple vision — to raise the standard of professionalism, communication, and care in the home service industry.

MasterCraft Garage Door Service, LLC is family owned and operated out of Gilbert AZ. We have been proudly serving the greater Phoenix area since 2007. We take pride in offering quality garage door and opener service repair and new install without charging service call fees just to show up. MasterCraft is bonded, insured and carries an “A” Rating with the Better Business Bureau.
MasterCraft was founded by Stuart Eisler and Stuart Eisler Jr in 2007. Combined they bring over 20 year of garage door industry experience and 40 year in business experience. Together they have used this knowledge to build a culture of quality customer service, professionalism and workmanship on every level of the company. All of MasterCraft’s employees are background checked, go through a rigorous training course and receive ongoing review for performance and customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing unmatched service and workmanship on every project big or small.

The technician, Dustin, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the problem we were having and did a great job of explaining the issues to us. He was very diligent in getting the necessary repairs done. I highly recommend MasterCraft for any Garage Door repairs. I wouldn't hesitate requesting Dustin for future service.

Needed new springs as one broke on my door and would not function. Made a reservation Wednesday night and a technician came out Thursday morning and fixed everything promptly. Excellent service and Dustin is a great technician. Thank you for the quick repair.

I'm very happy with the service I received from this company. The repairman, Dustin, was not only very nice but also extremely knowledgeable. He called before arriving and actually came earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. He completed the repair quickly and gave me some helpful suggestions for future maintenance. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

Nigel replaced our old broken garage door opener the next day in a timely manner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave clear explanations of all that was needed. I had a garage door installed a couple months ago. Everything was ok then I noticed the mounting block was cracking and the bolts were starting to come out. I sent Mastercraft an email with pics attached to show them what was happening. They sent Eric out to see what they could do to fix the problem. He pulled everything down replaced the block and everything is ok now. He said no charge. Mastercraft goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied. Thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement. They are the best!

Today we needed a new belt for the garage door opener and while he was here fixing that, we also had him install new rollers that were nylon. The door is so quiet now I cannot believe it. I accidentally booked two garage door companies at once, and Benjamin from Mastercraft was so kind and understanding when I had to cancel on the spot. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even a customer yet, I can only imagine their actual service is outstanding!
